Nadene Madigan joined the insurance industry in 1995, immediately following her graduation from SUNY Brockport where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Business. Nadene began her career at a fast paced, local agency where she quickly advanced after obtaining her NYS Broker and Agent licenses. With several years of management and customer service experience under her belt, she joined forces with the founders of The Ferris Agency in 2007. With her extensive training in personal and commercial lines insurance, Nadene helped lay the foundation for the success The Ferris Agency has obtained over the years. As the manager of The Ferris Agency, Nadene set the standard for the excellence in customer service that this company is known for. Nadene prides herself and her staff in their ability to not only service the customers above and beyond their expectations, but also in their dedication to having a vested interest in their insurance needs.
Brianne Bolger began her insurance career in 1999 , working for a local agency while she was attending school to earn her Associates Degree in Business. After graduating from MCC and then obtaining her NYS brokers and agents licenses, Brianne moved quickly up the ladder to obtain a management position. With close to 10 years experience, managerial expertise, and a vast knowledge of both personal and commercial lines insurance, Brianne joined the The Ferris Agency team in 2008 as the assistant manager. Brianne adapted to the Ferris way of doing business immediately and brought many new and innovative ideas that help the agency achieve the success it has today. Brianne takes pride in knowing her team portrays superior customer service skills and insists her staff maintains the clients best interest above all.
Sharon Wheater joined the insurance industry in 2003 as a customer service representative for Nationwide Insurance. After several years with Nationwide, Sharon decided to take her expertise and knowledge of the insurance service industry and join The Ferris Agency team. Sharon dedicates her time to making sure every experience our clients have with the agency is a positive one.
Rob Cusenz started his insurance career right out of the Air Force in 1987 with Allstate Insurance Co. He holds Property & Casualty, Commercial, Life, Health, Annuities and Securities Licenses through New York State. As an Allstate agent, Rob was extensively trained in marketing, underwriting and most of all, customer service. He was able to use those skills to build one of the largest and most profitable Allstate Agencies in Rochester, NY. Rob achieved Allstate’s “Honor Ring” and “National Conference” multiple times, as well as many local awards over his 25 years. In 2007, Rob decided to open the Ferris Agency and use those skills to bring an extraordinary customer service experience to the independent agency market.
