Rob Cusenz has over 38 years of experience in the insurance industry. After a successful tenure as an Allstate agent, he made the bold decision to establish an independent agency. His vision was clear: to provide comprehensive coverage across multiple insurance lines while effectively managing risk. Thus the Ferris Agency was born.

As the agency’s owner and principal, Rob oversees all aspects of its operation, including accounting, marketing, and strategic planning. Notably, the Ferris Agency remains at the forefront of innovation, continually testing new technologies to enhance customer service and streamline distribution.

Rob also plays a pivotal role in software management, ensuring that the agency’s sales and service systems are efficient and up-to-date.

Nadene joined the insurance industry fresh out of college after earning her bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in business. Shortly after landing her first insurance job in 1994, she obtained her NYS Brokers and Agents license. Nadene is one of the Founding agents of the Ferris Agency and has been managing the business since its inception in 2007. She brings years of experience and knowledge, along with a vast understanding of clients’ needs and expectations across all lines of insurance.

When Nadene is not behind the desk at the Ferris Agency you can find her at the softball field watching her daughter behind the plate. The mom who’s cheering loudly and making lots of noise? That’s her! Nadene also loves animals and currently has 5 rescue pets.

Brianne started working in the insurance field in 1998 as a customer service representative. Shortly after, she decided this was the career path wanted and made the commitment to obtain her NYS insurance license. Over the next few years she quickly escalated to management and eventually joined the Ferris Team in 2009.  Brianne has been an intricate part of the success of the agency and specializes in both personal and commercial insurance.  

When she’s not lending her insurance expertise to her clients, you can find Brianne enjoying life with her 4 children and her grandson. Surrounded by family and friends, there’s never a lack of laughter and love by the pool, around the dinner table, or enjoying a night of family games.

Sharon joined the Ferris Agency team in 2016, bringing over 10 years’ experience with her. She quickly became an integral part of delivering the superior customer service for which Ferris is so well known, and has expanded her insurance knowledge to include personal and commercial lines. She has strong working relationships with our clients and is well liked by all who have the pleasure of dealing with her.

Sharon’s favorite things to do away from work are spending time with her daughter and granddaughter, and taking day trips with her husband. Sharon’s 3 dogs also keep her very busy; she loves going on walks on a hot day with all of them in tow.

Meet Charlie, our beloved feline friend who was discovered as a tiny kitten in our parking lot. Over time, he has grown into a magnificent and stately cat who takes pleasure in watching everyone in the office while enjoying his daily treats. Charlie has truly come a long way from his humble beginnings, and he continues to bring joy and companionship to everyone around him.

Kitty-Kitty is the fluffy social butterfly of our office, known for her friendly and playful nature. With an impressive collection of toys, she spends her days entertaining herself and bringing joy to everyone around her. Her favorite pastime is rubbing the legs of anyone who visits, brightening their day with her affectionate presence. Kitty-Kitty’s gentle and amiable demeanor has made her a beloved office member, spreading happiness and warmth wherever she goes.
